Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in In Vitro Diagnostics and medical devices, with experience in technical services, product support, and training. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the IVD industry, preferably with a focus on technical services. Certifications: ISO 13485:2016 (Medical Devices - Quality Management Systems) and/or ISO 15189:2012 (Medical Laboratories - Requirements for Quality and Competence). Tools: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with CAD software is an asset.
