As Field Service Technician, you are responsible for providing high-quality technical support on Bosch workshop equipment at customers, distributors, and service partners in Belgium. You are the face of Bosch on site and actively contribute to customer satisfaction, knowledge transfer, and the development of maintenance contracts.

Task package

• Perform diagnoses, repairs, and calibrations on Bosch workshop equipment.
• Support end-users and external aftersales partners (BTS) with technical questions, training, and information provision.
• Manage maintenance contracts: planning, execution, and follow-up.
• Actively contribute to expanding the contract portfolio in collaboration with sales.
• Provide technical support via phone and email.
• Manage loan equipment and own spare parts inventory.
• Report technical problems to product experts and work on process improvements.
• Ensure correct warranty claims and invoicing of services performed.
• Participate in audits, demonstrations, trade shows, technical evenings, and training sessions.
• Regularly report to your supervisor and participate in weekly 1:1 meetings.
• Represent Bosch in a professional manner at customers and partners.
