Your role :

Reporting to the Regional Director (western region), the field service technician installs, services, and maintains TOMRA automated recovery systems at customer sites. He also promotes and sells certain related products.

Challenges :

Check the operation of equipment and machines, perform tests, and determine the cause of breakdowns.
Repair equipment or perform preventive maintenance.
Ensure that the company is well represented to customers.
Perform the steps of a service call.
