Field Service Technician - Remote

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for: • Troubleshooting and repairing equipment to ensure optimal performance. • Conducting routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failure. • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction. • Collaborating with other technicians and team members to resolve issues and improve processes. • Staying up-to-date with the latest technology and equipment to ensure you're always working with the best tools. • Traveling to customer sites to perform equipment installations, repairs, and maintenance. • Maintaining accurate records of work performed, including equipment maintenance and repair records. • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. • Working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures. • Being flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and schedules. • Being willing to learn and grow with our company, taking on new challenges and responsibilities as they arise. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required. • 1-2 years of experience in a related field (e.g., electronics, mechanical, or HVAC) preferred. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights (if necessary). • Valid driver's license (if necessary). • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time (if necessary).
