Page Personnel - To perform installations of equipment at client sites, ensuring optimal startup. - Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure the continuous operation of equipment. - Provide technical training to clients' personnel on the use and maintenance of equipment. - Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems on-site or remotely. - Collaborate with internal team to improve processes and existing products. - Prepare detailed reports on activities performed and equipment conditions. - Maintain effective communication with clients to satisfy their technical needs. A successful Field Service technician should have: - Technical diploma or electrical skills. - Previous experience in cabling, testing, or electrical schematics. - Advanced diagnostic and problem-solving skills. - Availability to travel frequently for work across national and international territories. - Knowledge of safety and quality regulations applicable. - Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
