Field Service Technician l

Description summary of the job

Attending clients through visits, phone, and email.

Performing tasks such as installations, training, and maintenance.

Conducting laboratory tests or on-site tests.

Providing technical support to clients, salespeople, representatives, and resident technicians.

Training new colleagues technically.

Traveling throughout the national territory to perform technical tasks.

Main responsibilities

FOLLOWING AND/OR EXECUTING:

- Technical Visits.

- Technical support for the commercial department.

- Training sessions.

- Tests on clients or in the laboratory.

- Efficiency analysis.

FOLLOWING THE DEVELOPMENT OF:

- O&M/End User projects.

- Translation of presentations and technical manuals

Education and Experience

* Electronic Technician / Mechatronics Technician / Industrial Automation Technician
* Minimum experience of one (01) year in technical support in the field, installation, commissioning, and training of industrial lines at a high level.

Skills and Abilities

Proficiency in reading electrical commands

- Interpretation of electrical/mechanical drawings

- Basic knowledge of CLP system

- Computer skills - Microsoft Office package

- Proactive, ability to work as a team, be agile, attentive, committed, and have good communication skills.

- Basic English

Work Environment

Commercial offices, production areas, and maintenance areas.

Travel required for work
