We’re currently recruiting a Field Service Technician to join a respected team in the heavy equipment game. Think big gear, real responsibility, and a team that knows their way around both a workshop and a BBQ. Bonus? What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience servicing and repairing heavy machinery
Relevant automotive trade qualification
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
A proactive, self-managing work style
Solid communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
NZ Class 1 driver’s licence (required)
WTR endorsements (a bonus, not a must)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment in the field and in the workshop
Completing pre-delivery inspections and general servicing
Supporting clients with expert advice and technical support
Managing your workload independently while staying connected to the wider team
Ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes on every job
Liasing with customers in a professional manner
