Field Service Specialist

Stevanato Group is an international leader in the production of insulin cartridges and glass containers for pharmaceutical use, as well as in technology for the development of machinery for glass tube processing, inspection systems for the pharmaceutical industry, and equipment for assembly, packaging, and serialization solutions.

Opportunity:

We are looking for a Field Service Specialist who will be responsible for ordinary and extraordinary assistance and maintenance activities at national and international customer sites for the automatic machines designed and manufactured by the Engineering Business Unit of Stevanato Group

Requirements:

At least 4-5 years of experience in the following activities is required:

• Installation and commissioning of electrical, mechanical, and optical systems
• Assembly of electrical and mechanical components of automatic machines
• Machine testing, trials, and maintenance
• Technical assistance and customer support
• Identification and resolution, on-site and at the customer's premises, of problems related to mechanical, electrical, and automation areas, both during activation and installation phases and in subsequent phases of the machine's life
• Interface and relationship management with national and international customers

Availability for travel (up to 200 days during the working year) and a good knowledge of the English language are also required.

The profile is completed by: autonomy, precision, planning and programming of one's work, teamwork skills.

Annual salary between €30,000 - €40,000
