Experienced professional with strong technical expertise, total autonomy in the field, and the ability to lead teams, conduct advanced diagnostics, and serve as a technical reference for Brametal.

• Conduct advanced diagnostic tests and propose technical solutions.

• Execute and coordinate critical and high-complexity activities.

• Lead teams and ensure productivity, quality, and safety.

• Interact with engineering, clients, and internal areas.

• Prepare advanced reports, lauds, and failure analyses.

• Train, orient, and develop junior and full technicians.

• Act on emergency demands and special projects.

• Complete technical course (Electricity, Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Structures, etc.).

• +5 years of experience in maintenance, construction, or the field.

• Strong expertise in interpreting projects and metal structures.

• Expertise in complex diagnostics and technical leadership.

• Total availability for travel.
