Field Service Manager (ACMV/HVAC/Engineering) - North

Responsibilities: Manage and oversee field service operations for the Air Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation, and HVAC industry in the North region. Lead a team of field service technicians and support staff to ensure efficient and timely service delivery. Develop and implement service strategies to meet customer satisfaction and business objectives. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and optimize service performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the team. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and revenue growth. Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to field service technicians and support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. Ensure effective communication and coordination between the field service team and other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations.
