Field Service Engineer - Wood

We are looking for an experienced Technician with expertise in installing and maintaining machinery for wood processing, particularly for cutting and edging, with availability to operate primarily in Northern Italy. RESPONSABILITIES Provide mechanical installation services, repair, and maintenance of our machines at customer sites Responsible for maintenance and operational training of customer representatives Analyze, identify faults and implement corrective actions Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards Collaborate with the team to optimize machine performance and reduce downtime Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty Perform other tasks as required by the company. REQUIREMENTS Strong technical background in mechanical engineering or a related field Proven experience in installing and maintaining machinery for wood processing Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces Familiarity with safety regulations and standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to travel frequently throughout Northern Italy.
