Field Service Engineer

Job Description As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be part of the EMEA North service team and will report to the Field Service Team leader. With "Safety first" mindset throughout the daily work both at company and our customer sites. You Will: Perform field service activities including installation, commissioning, operation, testing, integration, optimization and maintenance of equipment Perform all mechanical, electrical, electronic, and optical tuning and setup Collaborate with customers on-site to ensure proper installation and operation of equipment Provide technical support and training to customers as needed Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner Ensure compliance with company and customer safety and quality standards Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment status Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service delivery and quality Perform other duties as assigned by the Field Service Team leader.
