Field Service Engineer - Romania

• Act as the primary interface between our customers and Sungrow.
• Take charge of customer issues and provide exceptional service and support during field visits.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Perform on-site installations, repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Support project management during commissioning and site acceptance services.
• Adhere to operational procedures and health and safety regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and processes for service contracts.

We seek candidates with an educational background in electrical engineering or as a technician, proficient in Romanian and English (B2 level). Experience with battery storage solutions and customer interaction in critical situations is advantageous. A willingness to travel across Romania and a valid driving license are essential.
