Field Service Engineer (m/w/d)

For our location in Germany (residence anywhere in Germany possible) we are looking for a Field Service Engineer (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time.

Field Service Engineer (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Setting up industrial PCs
• Configuring printers, scanners, and camera systems
• Configuring HMI and PLC software
• Setting up and commissioning track and trace systems in-house, at partner companies, and at the end customer
• Conducting system tests
• Maintaining end deliveries with the customer and conducting maintenance and repairs at the customer's site
• Conducting training and customer support

Qualification

• Completed training as a mechatronics technician, IT system electronics technician, or equivalent
• Experience in commissioning complex mechatronic systems and reading circuit diagrams and connecting electrical equipment
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
• Knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems
• Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry and abroad, desirable
• Independent working and a sovereign approach to customers
• Willingness to travel for business purposes within and outside Germany (up to 85%)

In this role, you will have a lot of autonomy and, with the support of your colleagues from the software and technology departments, you will be responsible for various customer projects in Germany and abroad.
