Job description
Tasks
- Execution of maintenance and repair work on our technical systems
- Installation and commissioning of devices, including the corresponding hardware and software at the customer's site
- Training of technicians and users in operation, maintenance, and functionality of products
- Support for technical support and participation in training or workshops as needed
- Careful documentation of all deployments, test results, and accompaniment of practice tests
- Self-responsible management of the mobile inventory, including spare part disposition
Qualification
- Completed training in mechatronics, electrical engineering, or electronics
- Multiple years of experience in repairing technical or medical devices
- Good knowledge of PC hardware, network technology, and Microsoft operating systems
- Readiness to travel within Germany
- Reliable, self-reliant work style and high customer orientation
- Class B driver's license
