Tasks

Your tasks as a Field Service Engineer:

• You plan and conduct customer demos, system demonstrations and test flights at home and abroad.
• You support the commissioning of new drone systems at the customer's site and analyze and solve technical problems on site.
• You train and instruct customers, including pilots, operational and technical personnel.
• You create and maintain operating, training and mission documentation and provide feedback from practical experience to development and product management.
• You support flight preparations, risk analyses and mission planning to ensure safe and professional operation.
• You represent our company safely and professionally towards customers

Qualification

This is what you bring:

• You have a degree in a technical field or training (e.g. aviation, mechatronics, electrical engineering) or comparable qualification
• You have experience in the operation of drones or unmanned systems, ideally in a professional environment
• You are experienced in troubleshooting and problem solving in the customer environment and enjoy direct customer contact
• You preferably have a drone license / remote pilot certificate (e.g. A2, STS, Specific Category) and knowledge of UAV regulations (EASA, Open/Specific Category).
• You have very good German and English skills.
