Tasks

Your tasks as Field Service Engineer:

  • You plan and conduct customer demos, system demonstrations, and test flights worldwide.
  • You support the commissioning of new drone systems with customers and analyze and correct technical problems on site.
  • You train and educate customers, including pilots, operational, and technical personnel.
  • You create and maintain operation, training, and mission documentation and provide feedback from practical experience to development and product management.
  • You support flight preparations, risk analyses, and mission planning to ensure safe and professional operation.
  • You represent our company securely and professionally towards customers.

Qualification

You bring:

  • You have a completed technical degree or training (e.g. aerospace, mechatronics, electrical engineering) or comparable qualification.
  • You bring experience in operating drones or unmanned systems, ideally in a professional environment with.
  • You are experienced in fault finding and problem-solving in the customer field and enjoy direct customer contact.
  • You have wünschenswerweise a drones pilot's license/ remote pilot's certificate (e.g. A2, STS, Specific Category) and knowledge of UAV regulations (EASA, Open/Specific Category).
  • You have very good German and English skills.
