Field Service Engineer – High tech codeersystemen

What will you do?

You are responsible for keeping industrial coding machines running at customers' locations in the Netherlands (and sometimes Belgium). You work independently in the field, with direct lines to your team.

Specifically:

• Install, start up, and maintain machines
• Solve mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• Instruct and technically advise customers
• Participate in tests, demos, and improvements
• Provide technical (and commercial) feedback to the organization

No day is the same. You are the technical point of contact at the customer's location.

What will you bring?

• MBO-4 degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or WTB
• 3–5 years of experience as a service technician or field service engineer
• Driver's license B and VCA-VOL
• You speak English well (German is a plus)
• You work independently, think in solutions, and remain calm under pressure
