Field Service Engineer Miejsce pracy: Gorzów Wielkopolski Your responsibilities Installing and servicing solutions of machines, equipment, and other electronic control systems at the company's customers and clients in Poland and abroad Organizing of pre-installation according to the agreements Supervision installation on the spot and leading whole project with team Performing all operational tests, inspections, replacements, updates, reinstallations of defective hardware or software and retestings as well as ensuring that all work is done in accordance with the company's policies and procedures. Providing technical support and assistance to customers and clients. Maintaining accurate records of all work performed and reporting any issues or problems encountered during installation or maintenance. Developing and maintaining good relationships with customers and clients.
