Field Service Engineer - Associate (Semicon/Industrial/East)

Responsibilities: Assist in the development and improvement of semiconductor/instrument products. Participate in product testing and evaluation to ensure quality and performance. Collaborate with design engineers to implement design changes and enhancements. Conduct data analysis and report findings to support product development. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the products. Assist in the creation and maintenance of product documentation. Support in coordinating with cross-functional teams for product launches. Assist in developing and maintaining technical training materials. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and improve efficiency. Collaborate with quality assurance team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of defects. Assist in the development of test plans and procedures. Support in the creation and maintenance of product specifications. Assist in the coordination of product launches and releases. Participate in continuous learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
