Field Service Engineer/ Assistant Engineer (Instrument Product/Semicon)

Responsibilities: Assist in the development and improvement of semiconductor/instrument products. Participate in product testing and evaluation to ensure quality and performance. Collaborate with design engineers to implement design changes and enhancements. Conduct data analysis and report findings to support product development. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the products. Assist in the creation and maintenance of product documentation. Support in coordinating with cross-functional teams for product launches. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of components. Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or on-site visits. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues. Assist in the development of training materials and provide training to internal stakeholders. Support in maintaining accurate records of product testing and evaluation results. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and performance.
