Field Service Engineer

IT Works is a Lower Hutt based managed service provider dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, technical expertise, and building long-term client relationships. At IT Works we believe we are "small enough to know our clients but large enough to service their every need." We are looking to hire an Field Service Engineer to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in delivering on-site and remote technical support to clients including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of IT equipment and infrastructure. This will involve working closely with our clients to understand their technical requirements and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all work completed, including reporting and documentation.
