For more details: https://www.rentokil-pestcontrolindia.com Job Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through existing relationships and networking. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders. Sales: Achieve sales targets by selling Rentokil PCI services to existing and potential customers. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and issues. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback and other key metrics. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 2-3 years of experience in sales or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of the pest control industry is an added advantage. Certifications: None specified.
