Field Sales - Bari

As part of our Commercial Team growth, we are looking for a Field Sales figure in the city of Bari who will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities on the assigned territory.

In the assigned area, through a professional and friendly approach, you will present Treatwell with the goal of improving both the experience of salons and that of their clients.

You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from lead generation to product presentation, and concluding commercial agreements, creating solid and lasting collaborations with salons.

Work location: Bari

Responsibilities:

• Commercial development through outbound activities on the assigned territory with the goal of setting as many appointments as possible
• Prioritization and management of in-person meetings with salons in the area to present Treatwell and our SaaS (software) product
• Identification of potential clients through market mapping of the assigned territory
• Management of negotiations related to commercial contracting
• Achievement and surpassing of commercial targets

About you:

• You have previous experience gained in a similar role for at least 1-2 years
• You possess a strong commercial attitude and a strong focus on results
• You hold a driving license (and own a vehicle) and are available to make daily trips to the assigned territory (Bari and surrounding areas)
• You have familiarity with using main computer tools
