At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote Platform Engineering - Managed Services & Infrastructure Own and operate customer-facing managed infrastructure including Refinery as a Service (RaaS) and Honeycomb Private Cloud (HnyPC) deployments across multiple AWS accounts and regions. Build and maintain Terraform modules, Helm charts, and deployment automation for provisioning and management of infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize managed services and infrastructure solutions. Develop and maintain documentation for managed services and infrastructure, including technical guides, release notes, and troubleshooting resources. Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to managed services and infrastructure, working closely with the engineering team to resolve problems and improve overall system performance. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in cloud computing, DevOps, and IT operations, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our managed services and infrastructure offerings. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Field Reliability Engineer LATAM who is passionate about building and maintaining high-quality managed infrastructure and services. If you have experience working with AWS, Terraform, Helm, and other cloud-based technologies, we would love to hear from you! What You’ll Need To Succeed - 5+ years of experience in a similar role or related field (e.g., DevOps, IT operations) - Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms, including AWS - Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and Helm - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a distributed team - Strong communication and documentation skills - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience) What We Offer Honeycomb is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
