Field Market Research Interviewer | Part ‑Time, Flexible | Paid per Shift | Car Required Join Ipsos and step into a role where every shift takes you on the move. As a Field Market Research Interviewer, you’ll travel on local bus routes and speak with passengers to help improve public transport across the UK. A Day in the Life You start your shift by heading to your assigned bus route or stop. Equipped with your Ipsos tablet, forms, and ID badge, you hop on the bus and begin your journey. As the day unfolds, you’ll engage with passengers, conduct surveys, and gather valuable insights that help shape transportation policies. Your work will be instrumental in making public transport more efficient, reliable, and enjoyable for everyone. What You’ll Do Conduct face-to-face interviews with passengers to collect data on their experiences and opinions about public transport Identify and record key themes, trends, and insights from the conversations you have with passengers Use your Ipsos tablet to capture survey responses and other relevant information Maintain accurate records of your work, including notes, forms, and any other required documentation What You’ll Need To Succeed A valid driving license and access to a car Ability to travel on local bus routes and spend extended periods outdoors Comfortable speaking with people from diverse backgrounds and age groups Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with public transport systems and services is an asset, but not essential.
