Are you an experienced installations engineer who enjoys solving problems and delivering great service? Do you thrive in a customer-facing role and enjoy working independently?
Our client, a well-established technology solutions provider, is looking for a full-time Field Service Engineer to join their team. You'll be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of equipment-such as weighing scales, printers, hand scanners, and food slicers-across leading supermarket retailers.

What We're Looking For:

• Background in installations field engineering (e.g., Vending, Coffee, ATM, EPOS, Printers, Medical Equipment, etc.)
• Strong technical and IT skills
• Willingness to learn and cross-train on new products
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence

Role Highlights:

• Repair, install, and maintain equipment typically found on supermarket food counters
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Work independently, managing your own schedule

• Starting salary: £32,236 based on 47 hr week (1 weekend in 5, 2 rest days following week)
