For our growing team, we are looking for a service-oriented individual in the Ruhr Area who will support our customers in the implementation and use of our Point-of-Sale and SaaS solutions. Our focus is on the hospitality industry – including restaurants, hotels, bars, and other catering concepts.

In this role, you will work closely with mid-market clients, manage exciting implementation projects, and ensure an outstanding customer experience with technical know-how and excellent service. You will take on a lot of responsibility and represent our company directly on-site at the customer's premises.

Your tasks

• Planning and execution of implementations as well as on-site customer support

• Leading individual and group training sessions where you convey specific product features to customers and flexibly adapt your approach to individual workflows.

• Ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the entire post-sales phase, including onboarding, follow-ups, and handover to support teams
  Accompanying customers with setups, integrations, and go-live processes

• Creation and management of documentation related to onboarding processes and product training

• Continuous development of your expertise on Lightspeed's core products and add-ons

• Close exchange with Implementation Specialists, Coordinators, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth and on-time start for customers

• Representing our company to new and existing customers

What you bring

• Experience in roles with direct customer contact (ideally in a B2B or B2C environment)

• Passion for technology and digital solutions

• Independent, structured, and proactive work style

• High customer and service orientation

• Willingness to travel regularly within your region

• Very good oral and written communication skills in German and English

• High quality awareness and attention to detail

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of networks / IT infrastructure

• Experience in the hospitality, catering, or hotel industry

• Experience in technical support, field service, implementation management, or hardware/POS environment

• Experience in project management of larger rollouts or implementation projects
