Are you open to a new challenge or looking to explore the market? Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

For our growing team, we are looking for a service-oriented personality in the Ruhr area who will support our customers in the implementation and use of our point-of-sale and SaaS solutions. Our focus is on the hospitality industry - including restaurants, hotels, bars, and other catering concepts.

In this role, you will work closely with mid-market customers, manage exciting implementation projects, and ensure an outstanding customer experience with technical expertise and excellent service. You will take on a lot of responsibility and represent our company directly with customers on-site.

We are looking for people who think proactively, take responsibility, and contribute ideas on how we can continuously improve our processes and customer experience.

Your Tasks

  • Planning and execution of implementations as well as on-site support directly with the customer

  • Leading individual and group training sessions, where you convey specific product functions to customers and flexibly adapt your approach to individual workflows.

  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the entire post-sales phase, including onboarding, follow-ups, and handover to support teams
Accompanying customers with setups, integrations, and go-live processes

  • Creation and management of documentation related to onboarding processes and product training

  • Continuous development of your expertise in Lightspeed's core products and add-ons

  • Close exchange with Implementation Specialists, Coordinators, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth and timely start for customers

  • Representing our company to new and existing customers

What you bring

  • Experience in roles with direct customer contact (ideally in a B2B or B2C environment)

  • Enthusiasm for technology and digital solutions

  • Independent, structured, and proactive working style

  • High customer and service orientation

  • Willingness to travel regularly within your region

  • Very good oral and written communication skills in German and English

  • High quality awareness and attention to detail

Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge of networks / IT infrastructure

  • Experience in the hospitality, catering, or hotel industry

  • Experience in technical support, field service, implementation management, or hardware/POS environments

  • Experience in project management of larger rollouts or implementation projects

What we offer you

With us, you work in an international SaaS environment with a lot of creative freedom, modern tools, and real development opportunities.

Look forward to:

  • Flexible working conditions with high autonomy

  • Exciting career prospects in a growing tech company

  • Stock participation: Participate in the Lightspeed Stock Option Program

  • €400 Health & Wellness Budget: For your physical and mental health

  • Mental Health Support via Modern Health App
