Key responsibilities include: • Conducting guided game drives and bush walks, ensuring guests have an immersive experience with nature; • Providing exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise; • Maintaining a high level of knowledge on the lodge’s wildlife, including species identification, habitats, and conservation efforts; • Collaborating with other lodge staff to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences; • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
