Field Force – Laboratory Equipment Technician

We are looking for a colleague passionate about technology, with technical and communication skills, who will contribute to the installation, configuration, and integration of laboratory equipment with SYONIC/icMED software solutions.

The role involves predominantly field activity, direct interaction with clients, and collaboration with internal support and implementation teams.

• Installation and configuration of software solutions for laboratory equipment.
• Integration of equipment with the icMED platform.
• Configuration of connections and verification of data transfer.
• Identification and resolution of technical issues.
• Testing of functionalities and validation of integrations.
• Providing technical support and user guidance.
• Traveling to clients and documenting interventions.
• Collaboration with internal Support and Implementation teams.

• Relevant experience or studies in IT, electronics, automation, or related fields.
• Knowledge of networks, connectivity, IP configurations, and Windows systems.
• Diagnostic and problem-solving skills for technical issues.
• Good communication and client relationship skills (people skills).
• Autonomy, organization, and adaptability.
• Category B driving license and availability for frequent travel – mandatory.

It is an advantage: experience in integrating medical equipment, systems, protocols, or knowledge of the icMED platform.
