About the Role Engineer Plus is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Executive to expand our waterproofing business in the Hyderabad region. The candidate will be responsible for site visits, client interaction, and business development on the ground level . Key Responsibilities Visit construction sites, residential & commercial projects Identify potential clients and generate leads Explain company products/services Conduct site inspections and suggest suitable solutions Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure successful implementation of waterproofing solutions Provide technical support and training to clients as needed Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients Ensure timely and efficient execution of projects Monitor and report on project progress and performance Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize business growth. The candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, have excellent communication skills, and be willing to travel frequently.
