Field Engineering Program - Technical Field Advisor - Alstom Gas Turbine

The Technical Field Advisor (TFA) will assist the FieldCore field teams in the execution of planned and unplanned maintenance activities on Gas Turbine and related equipment. This position will require you to travel to customer sites and provide technical direction to FieldCore personnel and customers. Essential Responsibilities: * Provide technical direction, guidance, and training to field service personnel and customers on Gas Turbine and related equipment. * Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. * Interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schematics. * Participate in outage planning and execution. * Prepare technical reports and documentation. * Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies. * Act as a liaison between the field team, engineering, and the customer. * Support the development and implementation of new technologies and maintenance practices. * Travel to customer sites to provide on-site support. Qualifications/Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. * Proven experience with Gas Turbines and related equipment. * Strong understanding of Gas Turbine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schematics. * Strong problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Ability to travel extensively, including internationally. * Valid passport and driver's license. Desired Characteristics: * Experience with Alstom Gas Turbines. * Experience with GE Gas Turbines. * Experience with power plant operations. * Fluent in English and Italian. * Strong leadership skills. * Ability to mentor and train others.
