Field Engineer

Field Engineer – Exterior / Body / Chassis / Pain We are looking for a Field Engineer with quality experience in the automotive sector. Key Responsibilities: • Implementation and monitoring of the QMS (ISO 9001:2015) • Internal/external audits and closure of findings • Tracking customer issues and root cause analysis • Leading campaigns and containment actions • Promoting a culture of quality on the shop floor • Coordinating with Safety and Environmental departments Profile: • Engineering (Mechanical or equivalent) degree • 3+ years of experience in the automotive sector • Strong understanding of quality management systems • Experience with ISO 9001:2015 • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with MS Office and ability to learn new software • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time Benefits: • Competitive salary and benefits package • Ongoing training and development opportunities • Collaborative and dynamic work environment • Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance • Opportunities for career advancement and growth
