Field-Based Insurance Sales Executive

We're on the hunt for a Face-to-Face Insurance Sales Executive.

As a Face-to-Face Insurance Sales Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of our short-term insurance offering, meeting clients in person, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored protection plans. If you have experience selling into government sectors or understand the Persal system, that’s a major plus. This is a role for someone who’s ready to put in the work and reap the rewards.

If you have the following:

• ✅ Minimum 1-2 years of proven sales experience

• ✅ Matric / NQF Level 4 (Mandatory)

• ✅ Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (Essential)

• ✅ Strong interpersonal skills and a confident, persuasive presence

• ✅ Experience with government clients or Persal (Advantageous)

• ✅ Self-motivated, target-driven, and hungry for success
