Field Applications Specialist, Genomic Medicine, ASEAN

What you'll do: * Provide technical and scientific expertise on Cytiva's portfolio of Genomic Medicine products, including but not limited to, Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) and related workflows. * Conduct pre- and post-sales technical support for customers in ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) region, including demonstration, training, troubleshooting, and application support. * Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales and achieve revenue targets by providing technical expertise, presenting product demonstrations, and supporting customer evaluations. * Develop and deliver technical presentations and training materials for customers and internal teams. * Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific and technological advancements in the field of Genomic Medicine and related applications. * Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams on customer needs and market trends. * Travel up to 75% within the ASEAN region to provide on-site support and training to customers. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, support activities, and training sessions. Who you are: * Master's degree or Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, or a related field. * Proven experience (3+ years) in a technical support or field application role within the life sciences or diagnostics industry, specifically with NGS technologies. * In-depth knowledge of NGS workflows, including library preparation, sequencing, and data analysis. * Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops. * Willingness to travel extensively within the ASEAN region. It would be a plus if you also have: * Experience with Cytiva products. * Experience in a customer-facing role. * Prior experience in the ASEAN region.
