Field Applications Engineer

Position: Field Applications Engineer Job Description: Responsible for utilizing an advanced understanding of the customer needs and technical leadership expertise to champion return on engineering investment. Location is our Melbourne office, Australia. This is a field role (customer facing) with physical customer visits required each week and facilitating our suppliers with Arrow team & customer meetings when they visit Melbourne. What you’ll be doing Promote the latest electronics technologies to customers through demonstrations, trials, and proof-of-concepts; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet customer needs; Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders; Provide technical support and training to customers on our products and services; Facilitate supplier meetings and ensure alignment between Arrow team and customer expectations. What we’re looking for: Strong understanding of electronics technologies and their applications; Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
