Field Application Engineer

THE ROLE The Application Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and training to customers on Xylem's products and solutions. This includes conducting product demonstrations, providing application guidance, and troubleshooting issues. Additionally, the role will involve collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver training programs, as well as staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments. THE RESPONSIBILITIES Include: • Providing technical support and training to customers on Xylem's products and solutions. • Conducting product demonstrations and providing application guidance. • Troubleshooting issues and resolving customer complaints. • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver training programs. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments. THE QUALIFICATIONS Include: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, science). • 2+ years of experience in a related field (e.g., water treatment, process control). • Strong technical knowledge of Xylem's products and solutions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
