Field Application Engineer

LHH For a specialized company in the supply and assistance of solutions for energy continuity, is looking for an Application Technician with solid electrical skills and interest in managing customer relationships. The role is designed for industrial or civil electricians, or technicians with experience in the electrical sector who want to evolve towards a more dynamic and customer-oriented position, even without direct sales experience. Main responsibilities: - Technical and operational management of strategic customers, in line with annual supply and assistance agreements. - Analysis of customer electrical needs and proposal of customized solutions. - Technical support during pre-sales and post-sales phases, in collaboration with the internal team. - Technical consulting activities at active and potential customers, aiming to expand the service offer. - Participation in technical meetings and site visits to define the most suitable solutions. Profile Requirements: - Diploma in electrical/electronic field. - Experience in designing, installing, or managing industrial or civil electrical systems. - Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical documentation. - Interest in customer management and developing customized solutions. - B license and willingness to travel within the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region.
