FIBD – Treasury & Financial Solutions

Antom, part of Ant International, is expanding its financial infrastructure across Latin America. We are looking for a strategic specialist to drive our Treasury, Liquidity Management, and Fund Structuring initiatives — acting as the core link between our Payments and Credit operations, the Brazilian market, and our global Treasury ecosystem. What you will do Map and translate business requirements across the Payments, Banking, and Credit verticals into actionable financial strategies. Propose innovative solutions to optimize liquidity, manage risk, and enhance returns for our clients. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Brazilian market, including banks, fintech companies, and other financial institutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Treasury and Financial Solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in Treasury Management. What we are looking for A strategic thinker with a strong background in finance, particularly in Treasury and Liquidity Management. Experience working in Latin America or with Brazilian financial institutions is highly valued. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
