FF Promoter Manager

Job Description: 1. Performance management of promoters: formulation, promotion, and implementation of sales targets, regional decomposition standards, and sales forecasting, as well as promoting sales growth in daily work. 2. Responsible for planning of product display for promoters, including product planning and promotion methods. 3. Through the annual planning and process management of promoter projects, evaluation is conducted based on factors such as attendance rate and achievement of performance indicators. 4. Development of strategies for increasing sales through effective communication with customers, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored solutions. 5. Monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions accordingly. 6. Collaboration with the marketing department to develop promotional materials and campaigns that align with business objectives. 7. Conducting regular meetings with promoters to discuss performance, provide feedback, and set goals for future improvements. 8. Maintaining accurate records of sales data, customer interactions, and promoter performance.
