What's expected of you

Fachlicher Sparringspartner für unsere KI

• You design and evaluate work plans and production processes for different components.
• You calculate processing times, production costs, and batch size effects based on real production processes.
• You ensure that our AI correctly understands 2D drawings and 3D models, recognizes production features and processing steps, and compares components accurately using similarity search.
• You label prices, suppliers, and work plans for KI training and link them to historical procurement and price data.
• You test and plausibilize so that our AI hits real production logic and delivers reliable price and cost estimates for buyers.

Technischer Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden

• You're the first point of contact for our customers with technical questions about component calculation, production processes, and our platform - from introduction to ongoing operation.
• You explain complex relationships clearly, translate customer requirements into concrete use cases, and build trust in our calculation models.
• You support Customer Success and Sales at workshops, discovery meetings, and product demos and answer technical customer inquiries.

• You network closely with AI, Product, Customer Success, and Sales and bring your production and tooling expertise into the platform.
• You make calculation and production data into meaningful key figures, reports, and visualizations - for customers and internally.

What makes you stand out

• You come from the field of working preparation, production planning, toolmaking, cost engineering, or a comparable environment.
• You're a technician, master (e.g. toolmaker's master) or have studied mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a similar field.
• You bring several years of experience in industrial production with you - ideally including machining (CNC turning/milling) or casting.
• You have optimal experience with ERP, calculation, or production software.
• You calculate components fundamentally rather than roughly by the thumb - one of your greatest strengths, not a peripheral competence.
• You read technical drawings and CAD file formats like a book and organize them accurately.
• You have a keen sense for material and raw material prices and their impact on calculation.
• You think analytically, structuredly, and find pragmatic solutions.
• You approach customers and colleagues openly and bring technology to the point.
• You're eager to bring your production knowledge into AI models and modern software.
• You speak fluent German and English.
• Nice-to-have: First experience in technical consulting, presales or customer success as well as basic knowledge of SQL or Python.
