Role Description This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Ferrous Broker, where you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. • Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of the commodity markets and your network of contacts. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective sales strategies. • Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, using this knowledge to inform your sales approach. • Meet and exceed sales targets, working closely with the sales team to achieve these goals. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or economics. • 2+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the commodity markets. • Strong understanding of the commodity markets, including market trends, prices, and trading strategies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and a willingness to take on new challenges. • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
