Duration: Weekly- Ongoing
Pay rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours:
Monday to Friday -05:30-12:00 (Corstorphine)
Monday to Friday -05:30-12:30 (Newhaven)
Monday to Friday -14:00-22:00 (Newhaven)

Main Duties:
- Ensure all gym areas, including workout zones, reception, changing rooms, showers, and toilets, are kept clean, hygienic, and welcoming for members and visitors.
- Carry out regular cleaning tasks such as dusting equipment, wiping down surfaces, and vacuuming or mopping floors to maintain a tidy and safe environment.
- Empty bins and sanitary units promptly, ensuring all waste is disposed of according to health and safety and site procedures.
- Clean and sanitise toilets, showers, and changing areas thoroughly, with a strong focus on hygiene and attention to detail.
- Follow Health & Safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
- Support the wider team by carrying out additional cleaning tasks as needed, showing flexibility and a proactive attitude.
Key Skills:
- Previous professional cleaning experience.
- Attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness are consistently maintained.
- Good time management skills, with the ability to complete tasks efficiently and independently.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment, and how to use them safely and effectively.
- Reliability and punctuality, with a strong work ethic and professional attitude.
- Good communication skills, especially when interacting with residents, colleagues, or visitors.
