Applications are invited for Junior Research Fellowship (for candidates enrolled in a Master's or Ph.D. program) at the European Institute of Policy Research and Human Rights. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with our research team, contribute to ongoing projects, and develop new research ideas. Key responsibilities include: • Conducting literature reviews and analyzing data for research projects; • Developing research proposals and contributing to the development of research reports; • Collaborating with researchers and other stakeholders to advance research goals; • Participating in workshops, seminars, and conferences to stay updated on the latest developments in policy research and human rights; • Contributing to the development of online courses and educational materials for our programs. Requirements: • Master's or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field (e.g., political science, sociology, international relations, law, etc.) • Strong research skills and experience with data analysis and literature reviews; • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
