Compliance Controls is Compliance Division of Julius Baer and supports the Senior Management in ensuring compliance with external and internal regulations to actively manage operational, regulatory and reputational risks. The FCC Compliance Control Officer is responsible for implementing and maintaining effective controls to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. This includes identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks, as well as monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of existing controls. In addition, the FCC Compliance Control Officer will collaborate with other departments to develop and implement new processes and procedures that support the overall risk management strategy. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of compliance regulations and experience in implementing and maintaining effective controls. Furthermore, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
