FBS Strategy & Analytics Manager

About the Role: This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability, leveraging data analytics and market insights to inform decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance industry, as well as experience with data analysis and visualization tools. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and identify areas for improvement; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans; • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions; • Providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership on business strategy and operations. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; • 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and presentation skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
