FBS Senior Business Optimization Consultant

About the Role The FBS Senior Business Optimization Consultant will be responsible for leading a team of business analysts to optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing process improvements that drive cost savings and revenue growth • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement • Analyzing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of process changes and make recommendations for future improvements • Providing coaching and guidance to team members to ensure successful implementation of process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business optimization, process improvement, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, or a related field is required. Certification in Six Sigma (White Belt or higher) is preferred.
