FBS Scrum Master

Job Summary Consists of the following: The FBS Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating the Scrum framework for the FBS Agile teams, ensuring that the teams are working efficiently and effectively. This includes but is not limited to: Facilitating daily Scrum meetings, ensuring that the teams are aligned and working towards the same goals. Collaborating with the Product Owner to ensure that the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized. Collaborating with the Development Team to ensure that the sprint goals are well-defined and achievable. Ensuring that the Scrum framework is being followed and that the teams are adhering to the Scrum principles. Providing coaching and guidance to the teams as needed. Providing feedback and suggestions to the teams to improve their processes and workflows. Providing input to the Scrum Master community to improve the Scrum framework. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a related role. Strong understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile principles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to facilitate and lead meetings. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. The ideal candidate will also have the following skills: Strong understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile principles.
