Requirements Job: FBS Major Incident Response Technical Lead We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to lead the Major Incident Response team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing incident response strategies, procedures, and tools to ensure timely and effective resolution of major incidents. Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain incident response plans, procedures, and tools to ensure timely and effective resolution of major incidents. * Lead and coordinate the Major Incident Response team to ensure effective incident response and resolution. * Collaborate with other teams to identify and prioritize major incidents, and develop strategies for incident resolution. * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT, business, and executive teams. * Provide technical guidance and support to the Major Incident Response team. * Develop and maintain metrics and reports to measure incident response effectiveness. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in incident response and crisis management. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * At least 5 years of experience in IT, with a focus on incident response and crisis management. * Strong understanding of incident response frameworks and best practices. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Experience with IT service management tools and technologies. * Certification in ITIL or equivalent is a plus.
